Upvoty is now Cajobo.
After years of helping thousands of product teams collect, vote on and ship customer feedback, Upvoty is becoming Cajobo - one platform for modern customer support and feedback. Same boards. Same roadmap. Same changelog. A much bigger job description.
Why the change
Upvoty was built as a simple feedback tool: a board, an upvote button, and a place to tell people what shipped. That simplicity was the point, and it is still the reason teams stayed. But the questions we heard from customers kept growing past the edge of the board.
Teams were pasting support tickets into feature requests by hand. They were answering the same "how do I..." question in chat, in email and in Discord, then losing the insight the moment the thread closed. They were paying for a helpdesk, a knowledge base, a feedback tool and a changelog - four tools that never spoke to each other, and four places where the customer's actual intent went missing.
Feedback is support. Support is feedback. Splitting them across vendors was never a product decision, it was just what the market offered. Cajobo exists to close that gap.
From a simple feedback tool to a support powerhouse
Cajobo takes everything Upvoty did well and puts it behind the front door of your support experience. A conversation that starts as a bug report in the inbox can become a board item, get votes, move onto the roadmap and end as a changelog entry that notifies the person who first reported it - without a single copy and paste.
Shared support inbox
In-app chat, email, Slack and Discord land in one queue instead of four tabs.
AI support agent
Answers repeat questions from your own docs and hands the rest to a human with full context.
Feedback boards
The Upvoty boards you know: upvotes, tags, filters, moderation, public or private.
Help center
Self-serve articles that deflect tickets and feed the AI agent the right answers.
Public roadmap
Review, in progress and shipped columns customers can follow without asking.
Changelog
Announce every release and notify the exact people who voted for it.
What this means for Upvoty customers
Nothing you rely on goes away. Boards, votes, statuses, roadmap columns and changelog posts all carry over, and the workflow you already trained your customers on stays intact. The name on the tab changes, and the platform around your boards gets considerably larger.
The rebrand also reflects where we are heading. "Upvoty" described a button. Cajobo describes a system: capture every signal from every channel, answer fast, prioritise what actually matters, and close the loop publicly.
What is next
Cajobo is in the final stretch before launch. The support inbox, AI agent and help center are being finished alongside the boards, roadmap and changelog that Upvoty users already know. We will announce availability first to existing Upvoty customers.
Upvoty is now Cajobo. One platform for support and feedback.
